Alright! First real post... Most won't care but there may be a few beginner photogs out there that may find this interesting! Are assignment was to set our cameras in manual of course, and adjust our ISO to 400, our appature to 3.5, and the shutter speed as desired, I chose 1/60 it worked just fine for me. Next step was to find five similar objects line them up in a row and take the picture. However object of the game is to be on an angle and focus on only one object at a time. Since I am a beginner I chose to do this assignment with both my lenses that I own.

First up lens number one my 50mm 1/1.8 II

Next up lens number two (kit lens) EF-S 18-200 IS

So as you can see I chose to use spices!! I thought reading of the labels would be an easy way to see my focus!! So on this sunday afternoon of taking photos it has given me a good idea how to focus in on each obect. It was fun and i can't wait to do other small projects.
